Remove existing demising walls between rooms 107, 107B-D Allen to consolidate into one large room for a new Help Centre/Teaching Lab. Disconnect and remove mechanical and electrical that are no longer required for room's function. Provide new paint, ACT ceiling, and sheet vinyl flooring. Mechanical and electrical upgrades as required to suit new room use. Furniture not included.
