Engineers Estimated Cost: $150,000 License Type Required: C39 Project Duration: 40 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $2,000.00 Per Work Day Bid Bond Percentage: 100% Cost of Printed Plans & Specs: $75.00 The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and contract documents. The general items of work include complete removal of existing built up (approximately 16,000 square feet) roofing system and installation of INTEC built up permaglass (in approved equal) roofing system with appurtenances and interior ceiling repairs as described in the special provisions for the buildings at the Aquatic Center (main building, pump house and snack bar).
