Questions & Clarification Due December 24, 2020@ noon Local Time The work involves installation of approximately 360 L.F. of 36" pipe, headwall, manhole, gates, riprap, fill, pipe chips, re-vegetation, and other related work. It is the intent of these documents to describe the work required to complete this project in sufficient detail to secure comparable bids. All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State and Federal requirements. The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals received and to accept the proposal(s) that are in the best interest of the City. Boise City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The City of Boise is exempt from Federal and State taxes and will execute the required exemption certificates.
