Bidding is estimated for fall of 2022, and construction is estimated for early 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Delaware State University (herein after referred to as University) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional design and Engineering firms to provide services related to the interior & exterior Renovation of the Education and Humanities Building. The qualified vendor will enable the University to significantly improve the quality of the interior workspace and provide construction services. The "stay-put" renovation will allow the work of the University to continue throughout the duration of the project with minimal scheduled interruptions. Deadline for Questions January 06, 2021 at 10:00am local time. Response to Questions Posted by January 21, 2021. Anticipated Contract Start March 01, 2021. There will be NO mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bid bond requirement for this RFP has been waived. All questions shall be in writing (in MS Word format, written in a paragraph form and numbered.)
