Site work and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Arlington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 122,310-square-foot, one-story above grade, 126-bed elderly care / assisted living facility; and for site work for a 28-acre elderly care / assisted living facility.
Project consists of a new intermediate and skilled care nursing facility for the veterans with associated site work. Project documents have incorporated addenda 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7. Project is now under construction. Select bids still needed: UNIT MASONRY MANUFACTURED MASONRY ROUGH CARPENTRY PLEASE NOTE: -CMU work is anticipated to begin Sept/Oct '22. -Manufactured stone/brick work is anticipated to begin Nov/Dec '22. -Rough carpentry labor is anticipated to begin in Sept '22. -Please see the project details and scope of work for Unit Masonry (turnkey), Manufactured Masonry (turnkey), Rough Carpentry (labor only) and Wood Trusses (labor only). PLEASE NOTE: Overall project cost is $55 million. The estimated construction cost for this bid package is $1.5 million *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the Construction Manager.
