As of August 1, 2024, this project is under construction. ............ The City of Ladysmith, Wisconsin is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of a historic property, the former Ladysmith Elementary School located at 624 E. 6th St. S. in the city of Ladysmith. The City of Ladysmith owns the property and is seeking a private developer for conversion of a majority of the building to a multi-unit residential use. This request for proposals (RFP) is geared towards knowledgeable developers with experience in the redevelopment of historic properties and provides developers with the needed information to assist with RFP preparation and submission requirements, as well as the selection criteria.
