Site work for an educational facility in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project includes: Replacement of existing track, miscellaneous site improvements, regrading for installation of new synthetic turf. Synthetic turf by Owner. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the work at the main stadium, including track surface and synthetic turf field installation, on or before August 13, 2021; the work at practice field, including synthetic turf field installation, on or before October 15, 2021. The project will include the following primary components: 1. Construction of a synthetic turf field for the existing stadium. 2. Resurfacing of the existing running track. 3. Construction of a new synthetic turf field to the northeast of the stadium. 4. Installation of field lighting for the new synthetic turf field northeast of the stadium. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #196 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond The information on soil data was obtained primarily for use in preparing the foundation design. However, each Contractor shall draw their own conclusions therefrom. No responsibility is assumed by the Owner or the Architect for subsoil quality or conditions.
