Orange County Justice Facility First Floor Alterations, Criminal Justice Resource Department Renovation, Court Street Annex Renovation, Health Department Waiting Room and Office Renovation, and Whitted Building Window Replacement. Scope of Work: The project consists of five renovation sites within three county facilities in downtown Hillsborough. All sites will remain operational during construction with accommodations made for construction activity. Orange County Justice Facility First Floor Alterations total of 4,000 sf affected area including courtroom lighting improvements, office area systems furniture, architectural and PME improvements. Criminal Justice Resource Department Renovation - total of 2,280 sf affected area including architectural and PME improvements, reconfiguration, replacement of interior finishes. Court Street Annex Renovation - total of 3,846sf affected area including architectural and PME improvements, minor reconfiguration, replacement of interior finishes. Health Department Waiting Room and Office Renovation - total of 1,140 sf affected area including architectural and PME improvements, reconfiguration, replacement of interior finishes. Whitted Building Window Replacement total of 1,300 sf affected area including window replacement on two floors of elevator lobby tower, replacement of shades, architectural repair. Masks are required while inside or outside all Orange County facilities. Social Distancing will be enforced. All other State, Local, Federal recommendations/requirements must be followed at all times. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
