As of February 18 the project was awarded to Innovation Landscape Inc for $379,931.90. No responsibility shall be attached to any person for premature opening of a bid not properly identified. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. The Plainfield Park District requires all Bidders to comply with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Ordinance # (820 ILCS 130/0.01 et.seq.). This Ordinance specifies that no less than the General Prevailing Rate of Wages as found by the Park District or Department of Labor or determined by a court on review shall be paid for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work. The Contractor shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act(820 ILCS 130/0.01 et.seq.) and Plainfield Park District Ordinance 2015-02 requiring payment of prevailing wages. The Contractor shall pay or cause to be paid not less than the prevailing rate of hourly wage in the county the work is performed as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for the month in which the work is performed including but not limited to all laborers, workers and mechanics.
