Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Hospital building. The scope of the project includes the first packages work of the redevelopment of the mental health unit located on the 4th floor in the North wing of the Haut-Richelieu Hospital, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the tender for the general contractor 22-CISSSMC-021 because of the cost overruns. Future of the project is not determined. If/when a new tender for the general contractor of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
