Site work for a water / sewer project in Los Banos, California. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major work consists of Drilling a test well and collecting zone samples. The time for completion shall be sixty (60) working days Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their bids. The City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects, in bidding not involving time, or quality of the work. The City may reject any and all bids and waive any minor irregularities in the bids. Deadline to Submit Questions/Clarifications 5:00 p.m. February 16, 2022 The principal components of the work to be performed under these Contract Documents include the following: Drilling a test well and collecting zone samples for testing. Any incidental work not described in the Contract Documents which is necessary to complete the Work shall be furnished and installed as part of this contract at no additional cost to the Owner. The work shall be complete and ready for service to the satisfaction of the Owner. The Contractor is responsible to inspect the site and observe actual working conditions prior to bidding the project
