EXTERIOR AND SITE MAINTENANCE IMPROVEMENTS - Replace sidewalk at parent pick-up and to walking track. - Replace multiple chain link fence locations. - Replace 500kVA Transformer. - Replace canopy roof at bus and parent drop off. - Replace exterior metal doors at various locations. - Investigate ponding and flooding at various locations Contractor shall commence the Work on the date stated in the Owners Notice to Proceed and shall furnish sufficient forces, facilities, and materials, and work such hours (including extra shifts, weekend, and overtime operations), so as to achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work by the Substantial Completion Date of July 28, 2022
