The Project Consists of a Renovation of Candalaria Elementary School Instructions for Registration, Technical Assistance, and Training on Using the System Are Available by Appointment. The contractor will, in conjunction with an owner representative, test the existing intercom, paging, clock and fire alarm systems prior to any work being started. The electrical contractor will document any discrepancies with the systems. Any failures with the system after the test and during construction that have not been documented will be the responsibility of the electrical contractor. The contractor will repair the system and make it fully operational at their own expense. C. The work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following systems: 1. Demolition of existing electrical indicated to be removed. 2. Complete power systems as indicated on drawings. 3. Complete lighting system as indicated on drawings. 4. Connection of electrical equipment furnished under other Divisions of work. a. Refer also to Food Service electrical drawings. 5. Complete replacement of intercom system. Refer to 27 51 23 6. Data provisions. Provide pathway, j-boxes, mud rings and pullstrings for data system. 7. Provide complete horizontal wiring for telecom/data and intercom systems. Refer to 27 05 28. 8.
