Site work and paving for a civil project in Park City, Utah. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of June 2024, the project has been delayed due to funding issues. A firm bidding and construction timeline have not been established. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference A high level anticipated range for the cost would be between $3 to $5 million. The work consists of, but not limited to, the following items within the project area of Park Avenue. 1) Collect survey data, right-of-way, and existing utility (wet/dry) information 2) Design Roadway Structural Section 3) Evaluate Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure (ISI) Envision Rating System 3) Perform public outreach for input on final design 4) Design roadway improvements applying roadway diet principles to improve pedestrian & bicycle services within the corridor 5) Prepare construction and bid documents. In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor - Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason and to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
