Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
220 LF 6 Pipebursting 38,500 LF 8 Pipebursting 1,600 LF 8 CIP 1,200 LF 10 CIP 5,300 LF 12 CIP 3,200 LF 12 CIP Pre rehab sewer cleaning, video, obstruction removal and point repairs. External Tap Reconnection (Pipebursting) and Internal Tap Reconnections (CIPP). Post rehab sewer cleaning and video. Various Manhole Rehabilitation, including Cementitious MH Lining, Epoxy MH Coating, arious adjustment to MH rings, replacement of covers, etc. Much of the work in this project will be performed on sanitary sewers located in backlot easements. Contractor will be responsible to repair or replace any and all damage to facilities, landscaping, etc. to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Bidders are highly encouraged to visit the project site and familiarize themselves with the working conditions, working space, etc. Fort Bend County Utility District Municipal No. 26 reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to them or waiver all irregularities.
