Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Tucker, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of March 8 202, recommend on approving a contract with Macallan Works fora total of $24,000.00 to stabilize the house and 2 outbuildings located in the park. The City of Tucker is accepting bids for the Johns Homestead Temporary Shoring. The project consists of structural improvements to Johns Homestead Park located at 3071 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084. The work to be performed by the General Contractor consists of, but is not limited to, the following major items: Temporary shoring of the main home, well house, equipment building, dairy building, and potting shed. Questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to Mr. Rip Robertson at procurement@Tuckerga.gov. The deadline for questions is Tuesday, January 12, 2020 by 4 PM. Award Contract Monday, March 8, 2021 at Regular Council Meeting. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive formalities. Any claims for cost incurred by any Bidder in preparation of any part of or total package for this project will not be considered for reimbursement by the Owner.
