A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of this bid package includes the Locker Room Building, denoted as Package B, on plans and specifications. The Locker Room Building Contractor is responsible for necessary coordination with other contractors before, during and after work on the Site Work and Tennis Courts. Locker Room Building, Package B, includes all items noted in Section 01 10 00 of the Specifications; 1.4 Work Covered by Contract Documents, and all associated work as indicated on construction documents, save and except those area defined as the Site Work (Package A) and Tennis Courts (Package C). The Locker Room Building Contractor will also be responsible for Alternates No. B1 and B2 defined in Section 01 23 00 of the Specifications; 3.1 Schedule of Alternates. Package B - Locker Room Building Package: a) To include all work listed in the Project associated with the proposed Locker Room Building b) Structural foundation and framing Work, c) Architectural and interiors Work, d) Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Work within building extents and including mechanical equipment and associated enclosure fencing along exterior of building, e) Audiovisual systems associated with the Locker Room Building to include recessed loudspeakers, power amplifiers, digital signal processors, flat panel displays and computer interfaces f) Technology / Structured Cabling Work within building extents also including cabling to field devices at the Tennis Courts and Parking areas. g) Building security systems for video surveillance, access controls, and emergency phones within the building extends also including cabling to the field devices at the tennis courts and parking areas h) Building power service connection and cabling from service rack, i) All utilities inside of five feet (5'-0") from the locker room building perimeter, j) Connection to downspout collector pipes with downspout boots, The Pricing and Delivery Proposal packages will be opened publicly, and the names of Respondents and all prices stated in each Proposal will be read aloud pursuant to Section 51.783(f) of the Texas Education Code on the date indicated in the Project Planning Schedule (see Section 2.4).
