GLWA is seeking a design-build contractor to design and construct improvements to stabilize the seawall and dike system at the Belle Isle lagoon, and restore the area. Additional work includes grading and dressing the gravel access road and rehabilitating the storm water discharge system. The Work to be provided as part of this design-build project delivery includes, but is not limited to, evaluating improvement alternatives, recommending the preferred alternative, and preparing the detailed design documents.
