The County of Sacramento is issuinga re-bid to Request for Bid (RFB) 8756 for the purpose of establishing bids to establish a contract for the maintenance and testing of the fire alarm and sprinkler systems throughout the County. For a detailed description of the scope of services please refer to the attachment titled "RFB8756 Fire Prevention Systems - Scope of Services and Specifications". December 28, 2020 - 5:00 P.M. (PT) is the deadline for submitting written questions. Questions asked after this time will go unanswered. Due to the current global pandemic of COVID-19, there will not be any job/site walks, nor will there be a pre-bid conference for this RFB. Please refer to the attachment titled "RFB 8756 Facilities and Airports Fire Prevention Maintenance Specifications". Please see the attachment titled "RFB8756 Fire Prevention Systems - Scope of Services and Specifications" for a detailed scope of services. If you have any further questions that cannot be answered by these documents please ask them using the "Question and Answer" function online Please note that it is not required to bid both wet side (Fire Sprinkler System) and dry side (Fire System Panel) services. Firms shall have the ability to bid either wet side, dry side, or both. All questions are to be asked online platform utilizing the "Question and Answer" function. All questions posed via email, telephone call, etc. will go unanswered.
