As part of the Citys Shoreline Rehabilitation Program, the following three areas have been identified for the upgrade and or rehabilitation of the shoreline infrastructure: 1. The right of way of 40th Street at the shoreline of Sarasota Bay, which involves the stabilization of the shoreline, 2. The right of way seawall on Brewer Place at Hudson Bayou, which involves the replacement of the existing seawall, and 3. The right of way seawall on Alameda Avenue at Whitaker Bayou, which involves the replacement of the existing seawall. The CONTRACTOR shall pay the sum of nine-hundred seventy dollars ($965.00) per calendar day liquidated damages for each and every day delay over and above the number of calendar days prescribed for completing the work.
