Bids for furnishing of materials, equipment, and labor for the replacement of two 4,600 square foot Fire Stations, associated utilities, parking, and access located at 107 Plains Road, Tolland, Connecticut Bids transmitted by facsimile will not be accepted and all bids must be in a sealed envelope. The envelope containing one original and one copy of the bid shall be clearly labeled as "Sealed Bid - TOLLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT REPLACEMENT OF STATIONS 440 and marked with the name of the bidder on the front of the envelope. No bids will be accepted after the time set for the opening. The Town of Tolland reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids when such action is in the best interest of the Town. Proposals must be executed in accordance with and subject to instructions contained in the Section 000200 of the contract documents "Instructions to Bidders".
