The selected firm will be required to provide Topographic Survey, Roadway Design Plan Development, Environment Documentation, All Permits, Geotechnical Work, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Engineering (Plans, Title Research and Staking), Pavement Design, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required such as Archaeological Investigations. Besides replacing the pavement, the secondary purpose of the project is to cooperatively facilitate improvement of the condition of the underground utilities owned by the City of LaPorte.
