Renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
* Alternate Prices #1 & #4 accepted for the tender. The project includes the following upgrades to Westview School: New roofing, insulation, masonry veneer, windows and (mostly exterior) doors; increasing the depth of the crawlspace; new entry approaches, vestibues, and canopies; new permiter millwork and repairs to interior finishes; new air handling units, boilers, hydronics, convectors and controls; new transformer, CSTE, main distribution; new exterior, entry, and crawlspace lighting.
