Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in West Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As of January 22 the project will be awarded at the January 26th City Council meeting. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security which shall be in the form of either a bid bond, a cashier s or certified check or a money order made payable to the City of West Peoria as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will furnish the appropriate Certificate(s) of Insurance, the appropriate Performance Security and execute the Agreement within the time periods specified in the Instructions to Bidders. There has been no addendum of January 19th, 2021. The City of West Peoria reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formality, irregularity, or technicality in any bid if it is deemed by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City of West Peoria. The proposed work, officially known as the Sterling Avenue Sidewalk Project, is for the replacement of a portion of sidewalk on Sterling Avenue. The west side of Sterling Avenue from Rohmann Avenue north to existing sidewalk in front of 713 N. Sterling Avenue Start/Stop at and including an ADA ramp on the northwestern comer of Rohmann Avenue and Sterling Avenue to a start/stop location in front of 713 N. Sterling Avenue ADA ramp: 1 ramp on the northwestern comer ofRohmann Avenue and Sterling Avenue. ADA ramp is to be bid separate from the sidewalk on separate bid sheet.
