These factors will be considered in the Award of Contract and all work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. The Division of Abandoned Mine Lands wishes to receive bids to perform reclamation work on approximately 20.3 acres of mine land in Bell County, Kentucky. The work will consist of earthwork, gradework, structure removal, tree planting and re vegetation of 1 bond forfeiture permit.
