City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is accepting Bids on the following Work: ITEM 1 - SENIOR CITIZEN'S ACTIVITY CENTER: This project consists of the construction of a NEW approximately 12,400 Square Foot building with an approximately Square Foot covered entrance, designed with Brick Veneer Exterior Walls, Steel Metal Frame Build with a Standing Seam Roof, and Shallow Foundations. An asphalt parking lot with 201 parking spaces is also included. This new building will be located at 1811 S. Main Street, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. 2,200 ITEM 2 - ARROWHEAD PARK STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS: This project consists of the construction of a NEW approximately 1,400 Linear Feet of storm sewer consisting of 24 inch, 30 inch, and 36 inch pipe and related structures. This pipe system will be installed at Arrowhead Park located at 202 East Washington Street, Broken Arrow, OK, 74012 Contract time for the project shall be Three Hundred Thirty (330) calendar days. Applicable additive alternates, if any, will be determined at the City of Broken Arrow's discretion. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the Broken Arrow City Council Agenda for consideration.
