There is limited existing site lighting on the east side of Cather Elementary. This project is to remove existing site lighting along 139th street between Wright Street and Spring Street, and provide new LED lighting along 139th street between Wright Street and Spring Street, as well as new pedestrian lighting at the east main entrance to the school. CDs and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Work under this contract includes all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, utility and transportation services, and all incidental items necessary to perform and complete, in a workmanlike manner, the work required for the construction of the West High School Intercom System Replacement Project. Work in the facility shall be allowed after normal student classroom hours during the school year and all hours during summer break. However, the contractor must provide, at all times, for clear exit paths, proper lighting, and fire/smoke protection (subject to approval of all authorities having jurisdiction) and protection against any and all fumes and odors caused by construction activities. The contractor shall halt or modify any activities the Owner determines to be disruptive in any manner to their continued use of the building.
