The building is a (6) story building that includes one basement level and has 116,000 gross square feet. Each floor will be renovated one floor at a time. Scope includes: demolition, millwork, doors/frames/hardware, overhead doors, glazing/mirrors, drywall, tile, flooring, terrazzo, plaster, painting/wall coverings, signage, specialties, window treatment, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, communications, electronic safety & security.
