Renovation of a mixed-use development in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and educational facility.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality. The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any quote/proposal/bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer that the District considers to be the most advantageous. All questions, requests for information or clarification pertaining to this bid must be submitted in writing to Jason Breit at jason.breit@lps53.org.Friday, January 8, 2021 Question Deadline - 3:00 PM CST To establish an agreement for the purchase, delivery, and installation of new theatre audio equipment at Discovery Middle School and South Valley Middle School as described herein. It is the intent of the District to award a service contract to a single vendor. Work shall begin on or about January 20, 2021. Work shall be substantially complete by February 26, 2021. If Contractor is providing services that require a state license (including, but not limited to , accounting, architectural, auditing, legal, and medical), then Contractor shall maintain professional liability/E&O insurance coverage of at least 3,000,000 for each claimant, and at least $3,000,000 coverage for each incident or occurrence.
