Renovation of a municipal facility in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove Supply and Install a Motor Control Centre and Panel Board for an Elevator Penthouse All bidders must provide proof of valid insurance in the required amounts as stated in the Standard Insurance Requirements for bidding purposes. Failure to provide the proof of valid insurance in all of the required coverage amounts will result in bid rejection. A 5% Electronic Surety Bond is required with bid submission A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid will be required. Performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution A payment bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount will be required. Payment bond shall be produced upon contract execution Remove nine (9) existing Federal Pacific electric starters, breakers and associated items. Supply and install one (1) new Square D(TM) Panel Board. Supply and install one (1) new Square D(TM), Motor Control Center with properly sized motor starters and breakers
