The selected firm will be required to provide the Abbreviated Engineers Assessment, Environmental Documentation, all Permits (if needed), Topographic Survey, Road Design & Plan Development, Utility Coordination, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking) if needed, and Construction Phase Services. Other services may be required, such as Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Pavement Design and Real Estate Acquisition Services. The Engineering Assessment for 2001836 is complete and provided as a supporting document. The selected consultants fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
