The District owns and operates numerous buildings throughout Tarrant County. The list of facilities included within this requested scope with estimated square footages is provided below. The awarded contractor must provide the following: An initial onsite assessment to identify all damaged laminate, exposed wood, as well as, all existing wood cabinets, millwork and surfaces.Generate a detailed report based on onsite assessment to include the following:Photos of all damaged laminate, exposed wood, and existing wood cabinets, millwork, and surfaces ,Specific location of damaged laminate, exposed wood, or existing wood cabinets, millwork, and surfaces,Proposed solutions for repairs or replacement,Estimated cost for repair or replacement,Work with staff to assign a priority level for all repairs or replacements,Estimated schedule for all repairs and replacements required,Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work including any interim life safety and infection control measures specifically required when working in various areas of the healthcare environment.Provide all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical scopes of work as required for repairs and/or millwork replacements,Provide a project coordinator for the following roles and responsibilities:Work with JPS staff in developing a work plan to have all repairs and/or millwork replacements completed which includes a detailed communications plan.,Work with JPS staff in conducting Preconstruction Risk Assessments, Interim Life Safety Risk Assessments, and Infection Control Risk Assessments as required. The District will reject any proposal that fails to comply in all respects with the instructions set forth herein for responding to this RFP. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, even if you are a current or prior vendor for the District. The contract awarded, if any, under and pursuant to this RFP shall supersede any previous contract, bid, or GPO agreement for the products or services described herein. The District reserves the right to reject any or all RFP Responses and to issue a Contract Award or not to issue a Contract Award based solely on the RFP Responses received by the District in response to this RFP. However, prior to making any award hereunder, the District also reserves the right to engage in additional discussions with one or more of the vendors responding to this RFP.
