A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For the construction of the Town of Oneida TN Sewer System Rehabilitation 2020 ARC Project consisting of approximately 210 LF new 12" gravity sewer, 166 LF of 8 inch Fold & Form PVC pipe lining, 252 LF 12" HDPE pipe bursting, 4 new precast manholes, rehabilitation of 49 manholes and all related work. The allotted time for construction is 90 calendar days. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Information to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Specifications, Plans, and other contract documents may be examined. Bids from anyone not on the Engineers Plan Holders List will not be opened. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 11246. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids.
