PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project 658-18-103 Upgrade Elevators The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and supervision necessary to completely an upgrade renovation for patient and service elevators throughout the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) of the existing elevators structure, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for 658-18-103 Upgrade Elevators project as required by accompanying drawings and specifications/documents. This project outlines both the demolition and new work to includes: The elevators to be upgraded are services elevators: 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Building 143; patient elevators: 1, 2, and 3 in Building 143; cart lift elevators: 1 and 2 in Building 143.
