The project is located at Ingleside Avenue between 18th Street and 21st Street in Sioux City, Iowa and includes the reconstruction of approximately 1,260 feet of pavement, new sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewer systems, and five-foot wide sidewalks. This Project has an early start date of April 12, 2021 and a late start date of April 26, 2021. The work on this project shall begin upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and be fully complete within 130 working days. The contractor shall be charged disincentives at the rate of One Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($1,500) per day with no maximum for each day the Project is not opened to vehicular and pedestrian traffic beyond 130 working days. The contractor shall receive payment of One Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($1,500) per day for each day upon completion of the Project before the 130-working day limit up to a maximum incentive payment of $30,000.
