Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only. Contractors must purchase documents from Precision Planning in order to bid. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements: Installation of approximately 110 linear feet (LF) of 48-inch Steel Reinforced (SRPE) pipe, 350 linear feet of 36-inch SRPE pipe, 550 linear feet of 30-inch SRPE pipe, and 140 linear feet of 18-inch SRPE pipe, associated storm drainage structures, pavement replacement and resurfacing, curb and gutter, and appurtenances. Time of completion for all work associated with Medical Drive Storm Drainage Improvements shall be NINETY (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of a written Notice to Proceed from OWNER. Checks shall be made payable to Precision Planning, Inc. OWNER requires a bid bond* or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashiers check will be made payable to City of Loganville. The successful bidder will be required to furnish OWNER with Insurance, Workmans Compensation Insurance, and Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the total bid. OWNER reserves the rights to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids, to evaluate Bids, and to accept any Bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the OWNER. No Bid will be rejected without just cause. All questions shall be submitted in writing only to Natalie Pifer at 861np@ppi.us, and to be given consideration, must be received by no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2021.
