As of Jun 20, 2025, the project is in design. Bidding will probably not occur until mid 2026, at the earliest. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This RFQ/RFP is being issued for complete design services for the Road 210 Bridge Replacement Project at Ryan Creek. Consultant will be responsible for completing the entire PE phase of the project including Environmental. This project is a Highway Bridge Program project and subject to federal and state guidelines. Written questions due from proposers January 13, 2021 at 3:00 pm Responses to proposers questions due January 15, 2021 Notification of Ranking of SOQ&Ps short list January 27, 2021 Interviews of highest ranked consultants (if necessary) February 1-3, 2021 Notification of Final Proposer Ranking Results February 5th, 2021 Begin final negotiations with top-ranked consultant February 8-12, 2021 Final PSA signed by Consultant February 26, 2021 Countys Board authorizes award of PSA March 9, 2021 Execute PSA March 12, 2021 Notice to Proceed March 12, 2021 Questions regarding this RFQ/RFP must be directed in writing, via e-mail to Haden Hinkle at: haden.hinkle@maderacounty.com The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
