Contracts No. TP-11 and TP-12 consists of the installation of a new building to house new disk filters, piping and valving and related equipment, installation of new doghouse inlet and diversion chambers and installation of a submersible reject water pumping station, piping and valving. Contract TP-13 includes demolition of sections of the abandoned RBC foundations and restoration of the site. Either a Certified Check or a Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/18/2021 11:00 AM The construction of a new building at the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority to house two (2) Disk Filters for the treatment of wastewater. Take I-78 East to the last exit in Pennsylvania. Exit and take a right to the first light. at the light, take a left and follow road till it dead ends at South Delaware Drive. take a right, and the WWTP is 1/4 mile on the right
