Renovation of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Roswell Park is seeking a proposal for design services to relocate and renovate space for the existing Clinical Research Center (CRS) and Center for Early Phase Clinical Trials to the 5th floor of the Scott Bieler Clinical Sciences Center (CSC). The project will modernize the Center to better accommodate the current and prospective programs, and reconfigure the space to enhance workflows, patient safety, and the patient experience. Renovations shall include 18 patient treatment spaces, including 7 treatment rooms with private bathrooms, 7 infusion bays and 4 flex exam rooms. Total MWBE Participation Goals: 10% Modifications will also be made to the 4th floor of the CSC allow Investigational Drug Services to be provided within proximity to the new clinic space.
