Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Belleville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 4, 2021 the project is not yet awarded. It is expected to be awarded on February 11, 2021. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials necessary to complete the work including the redevelopment of the North Fishing Site, accessibility improvements to existing amenities including the canoe/kayak launch, picnicking areas, parking lot, vault restroom, expanding the bituminous parking lot and drop off, trailhead structure, and all incidental construction at Lower Huron Metropark in Wayne County, Michigan. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Installation Required Questions are submitted online - No 26-01808 If awarded the Contract, the undersigned agrees that time is an essential condition of the Contract and will totally complete the work on or before July 1, 2021. The Contractor and each Subcontractor will be required to carry Workers Compensation Insurance, Commercial General Liability Insurance on an Occurrence form, and Auto Liability Insurance (collectively, Insurance). No work shall be performed on the site of the Contract until after such Insurance is obtained by the Contractor and approved by the Authority.
