The City of Bartow is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Utility Boring Services on an as needed basis for the Public Works Dept. This bid will be for one (1) year with an option to extend the bid two (2) additional years at one (1) years intervals. The City of Bartow reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or part and/or to accept or reject any items in the bid and waive any informality.
