Q & A deadline: Feb 12, 2021 2:00:00 PM EST Contractor shall obtain, at its own expense, performance and payment bonds as required by A.R.S. 34-222. Contractor warrants that its payment and performance bonds fully comply with A.R.S. 34- 222. The Norton Circle project is located at 304 South 5th Avenue, Avondale, AZ 85323. The project is new construction of 100 units and community center space within 6 buildings. The buildings are constructed as three story walk ups. Abatement and demolition of the existing buildings and infrastructure is needed to clear the way for the new construction. New infrastructure including roads and site utilities will be required.
