Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a pre-engineered storage facility in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,880-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a building addition and building renovations to construct Conservation Heritage Museum Addition at the Middle Creek Visitors Center building located in Clay Township, Lancaster County. The scope of the project includes new construction of a one-story wood framed building addition, 2,880 S.F. for the display of Pennsylvania Game Commission Wildlife conservation officer heritage exhibits for public viewing. The addition will include a new mechanical room to support new and expanded utilities serving the new addition. The existing employee's room will be renovated to create a new unisex fully ADA complaint restroom. Construction shall include but not limited to selective demolition, excavation, concrete and masonry foundations, structural steel framing, wood framing, roof trusses, vapor barriers, aggregates, water proofing, insulations, standing seam metal roofing system, snow rail system, rain gutters and down spouting, cement board siding, soffits, fascia, manufactured stone veneer, steel and wood doors, gypsum wall & ceiling board, painting, railings, wood casings and trim, resilient vinyl plank flooring system, epoxy flooring system, bathroom accessories, final grading and seeding, electrical panelboards, normal power distribution, interior lighting and lighting controls, HVAC system and ductwork, plumbing fixtures and hose bibs and related work.
