The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract(s) for Pharmaceutic Waste Removal Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. The Vendor shall provide hazardous pharmaceutical waste disposal services for New Hampshire Hospital (NHH) and New Hampshire Department of Corrections (NHDOC). Questions shall be submitted by E-mail to Erica Brisson at the following address: Erica.Brisson@DAS.NH.Gov The term of the contract for the New Hampshire Department of Corrections shall commence upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services and shall continue thereafter till June 30, 2024. The contract for New Hampshire Hospital shall commence on July 1, 2021 and shall continue thereafter till June 30, 2024. The contract may be extended for an additional two (2) one-year extensions thereafter under the same terms, conditions and pricing structure upon the mutual agreement between the successful Vendor and the State with the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services. The maximum term of the contract (including extensions) shall not exceed five (5) years. The award shall be made to the Vendor meeting the criteria established in this RFB and providing the lowest cost by individual location. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof .All award(s) shall be, in the form of a State of New Hampshire Contract.
