As of March 25 2021 there is an awarded bidder. Signed bids will be received for the work necessary for the utility installation of approximately 17,200 linear feet of large diameter waterline located in McKinney, Texas. Certified/Cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. Pursuant to and in Accordance With the Recommendations of the President and the Governor of the State of Texas, Concerning Covid-19 and Public Gatherings, Mckinney Municipal Utility District No. 1, in Order to Advance the Public Health Goal of Limiting Face-to-face Meetings (Also Called "Social Distancing"), Has Elected to Make the Following Change to the Procedure for Conducting the Noticed Mandatory Pre-bid Conference in Connection With This Project.
