The Holland Patent Central School District invites sealed bids, in duplicate, for: HVAC Work for the 2019 Capital Project - PHASE 2 Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder agrees, if awarded the Contract, to execute and deliver to the Owner within ten (10) calendar days of the signing of the Contract a satisfactory combined Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the form bound in the Specification and in a sum equal to the full amount of the Contract. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of $75 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. All requests for delivery to locations outside of upstate NY will incur an additional shipping charge based on the metering increase for those locations. Any sets required in excess of the above-mentioned maximums are to be obtained directly by interested parties at their cost at the full cost of printing, directly from Plan and Print Systems.
