The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 45 calendar days and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.04 of the General Conditions within 60 calendar days, after the commencement of Contract Times as defined in the General Conditions.
