As of February 24, 2021, award is scheduled to be issued in mid to late March 2021. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 900 linear feet of 2-inch diameter and approximately 19,000 linear feet of 6-inch diameter ductile iron waterline to replace existing 2-inch diameter galvanized waterline, the transfer of existing water services from existing 2-inch diameter galvanized waterlines to existing/new 6-inch diameter ductile iron waterlines, and all associated appurtenances. Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. Cost of Bidding Documents and shipping is non-refundable. Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for copies of the Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than from Duncan Parnell. Addenda will only be notified to those buying full sets from Duncan Parnell via their bid room. The plans and specifications are copyright protected.
