Questions Due Date: Jan 26th 2021, 12:00 PM EST The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a design/build contract to repair damage resulting from a September 20, 2020 fire within Incineration Complex II at its Water Resource Recovery Facility. The required services generally include cleaning to remove smoke and soot damage, repainting to the extent authorized by GLWA, replacement of damaged building wall panels and insulation, replacement of fire-damaged wiring, and all necessary design and engineering (collectively referred to herein as the "Work").
