Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and for site work for a road / highway.

Construction of the Davenport Diamond Greenway, development of the new public space that will be created below the raised Davenport Diamond Guideway project, between Davenport Road and approximately (just north of) Bloor Street west. The scope of work includes public realm and park spaces that will enhance the community including a multi-use path, extensive landscaping, and gathering places. The public elements that will be included in the scope of the greenway are; A linear park adjacent to the multi-use trail and under the elevated guideway to reconnect several areas on the east and west side of the rail corridor; A fully accessible multi-use path for pedestrians and cyclists; A sustainable approach to landscape and plantings; Pollinating gardens; Gathering spaces for the community. TIMELINE: As of spring 2023 the design is complete. Ongoing meetings are underway with City of Toronto to review key elements such as the Dog Off Leash Area, the raised Dupont sidewalk, connections to Davenport Village Park, and Davenport Road. Tender is expected fall 2023 pending construction of the Elevated Guideway project as part of the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension Project. Construction schedules will be finalized late 2023 pending funding.
